That’s why we have prepared this comprehensive guide so that you can get to know our products in depth and learn how to care for them so they last for many years.

Our H2O line is the perfect solution for those looking for an ultra-resistant, easy-to-maintain, and, above all, 100% waterproof floor! It's ideal for any room in your home, even the most demanding ones.
The care of your H2O floors is extremely simple. By following these steps, you will keep them looking new:
Daily and Routine Cleaning:
Sweep or vacuum frequently: Remove dust, dirt, and debris with a soft-bristle broom or a vacuum cleaner with a brush.
Always sweep or vacuum before mopping.
Damp Mopping: Use a damp mop with water and a pH-neutral cleaner. You can use more water than on a wood floor, but still avoid excessive puddling, as moisture between the floor and the subfloor can harm the latter. No rinsing is necessary afterward.
Spill and Stain Management:
Clean immediately: The waterproof nature of SPC allows spills not to penetrate, but it's best to clean them as soon as possible with a clean cloth.
For stubborn stains: A little mild detergent dissolved in water is usually sufficient for most stains.
Additional Protection:
Felt protectors: Place felt or plastic protectors on the legs of all furniture to prevent dragging and scratches.
Doormats at entrances: Use doormats at all entry doors to trap dirt, dust, and moisture before they enter the house.
Avoid rubber-backed rugs: Some rubber backings can react with vinyl and cause discoloration over time. Opt for rugs with latex or natural fiber backings.
What NOT to use or do:
Avoid: Abrasive cleaners, wax-based products, polishes, cleaners with strong solvents or ammonia. These can damage your floor's finish.
Do not use steam mops unless your product's specifications expressly allow it, as extreme heat can affect the adhesive or material.
Do not drag heavy objects without adequate protection (e.g., carts with soft wheels, wood or cardboard sheets underneath).
Beware of direct sun exposure: In areas with large windows that receive intense direct sunlight for long periods, it is advisable to use curtains or UV protectors to avoid excessive heat buildup, which could lead to slight expansion or discoloration over the long term.
